Improve Learning - Transform Education

Being selected as a Finalist or Laureate goes beyond recognition. Participants become part of an international community committed to responsible AI in K12 education and join the AI4EDU26 Empowerment Programme. Through this programme, awarded initiatives gain international visibility, receive expert feedback and are presented across global education platforms.

From 6 to 8 May 2026, d-teach online school will co-organise the biennial Networked Learning Conference 2026 in Brussels.

This recognised international conference is expected to bring together researchers, doctoral students and education stakeholders, giving AI4EDU26 visibility within a strong research and policy environment.

AI for Good Global Summit

The global expansion of the AI for Education Awards will culminate in Geneva during the AI for Good Global Summit, organised by ITU in partnership with the United Nations.

As one of the world’s leading global platforms on Artificial Intelligence and its societal impact, the summit offers a meaningful international context for responsible AI in education.

By connecting the AI for Education Awards with these international platforms, AI4EDU26 helps ensure that responsible AI practices emerging from classrooms gain visibility within the global conversation on the future of education and Artificial Intelligence.
