Before starting the form, we strongly recommend that you carefully review the evaluation criteria and prepare your answers in advance. High-quality submissions are clear, evidence-based and structured in alignment with the judging framework. Make sure you have prepared your video pitch link and any relevant supporting materials. All submissions must be completed in English in order to enable evaluation by the international jury.

Before submitting your entry, please ensure that you have read the Official Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Declaration applicable to the AI for Education Awards 2026. These documents define the eligibility requirements, submission rules and data protection framework governing the competition.

Recorded video pitch & deck

In addition to the written submission, applicants are required to provide a recorded video pitch of maximum three minutes. The video should clearly and concisely address four elements:

1. Who you are and the educational institution or organisation you represent.
2. The educational context in which the initiative has been implemented.
3. The pedagogical or didactic challenge addressed and the educational solution developed.
4. The impact achieved, including measurable or observable outcomes.

We recommend using a simple slide deck to structure your presentation. However, the emphasis should remain on clarity, substance and educational relevance rather than visual design or production quality.

Supporting materials

Applicants are encouraged to provide supporting materials that strengthen the evidence base of their submission. Supporting materials may include evaluation reports, implementation frameworks, policy documents, testimonials, research references, classroom documentation, or other relevant materials demonstrating impact, sustainability or institutional embedding. All provided hyperlinks must be publicly accessible and remain available for the full duration of the competition, including until the day of the relevant Award Ceremony.

Access and Availability of Links

All hyperlinks provided in the submission, including the recorded video pitch and any supporting materials, must be accessible to the Organiser and the jury without requiring a login, account creation or access request. Applicants may choose between:

• A publicly accessible link, or
• A private link with “view access to anyone with the link”, provided that no login or additional permission approval is required.

Links that require individual access approval, restricted institutional accounts or password requests may result in the submission being declared incomplete. All provided links must remain active and accessible until 31 August 2026.The Organiser reserves the right to request alternative access or downloadable versions in case of technical issues.
