Lewis, Eliza and Arno talk to Karrewiet

Lewis, Eliza and Arno live in China, but due to the corona virus they have decided not to go back to China after their vacation in Cambodia. The schools in China are closed and their parents couldn’t go back to work. As a result, they now live with their parents in Sluis, just across the Dutch border.

The Flemish youth news program Karrewiet visited our students Lewis, Eliza and Arno. What a great experience! It is quite exciting to be in the spotlight, especially considering how well they did! The spread of the coronavirus has meant that they cannot return home for the time being. The lessons from their Chinese school can continue via e-learning, and they now exceptionally get Dutch lessons “in real life”. While online lessons are still unknown to most children, Lewis, Eliza and Arno already have considerable experience with this 21st century skill.

Thank you to Karrewiet for this great cooperation!
