Registration and payment

All attendees are required to pay the participation fee, including multiple attendees from the same institution.

Fees

The following types of registration fees are available:

  • For the whole duration of the conference
    • Early-bird fee (until 28 February 2026): EUR 495
    • Full fee (until 26 April 2026): EUR 595
    • Student fee (until 26 April 2026): EUR 395
  • Day pass for one of the conference days (maximum one day pass/person): EUR 200

The registration fee includes:

  • Conference admission (personal badge)
  • Conference materials
  • Coffee breaks and lunches
  • Welcome reception

Participation in the official conference dinner and the AI for Education Awards Ceremony is not included in the registration fee. It can be booked at EUR 85/person.

Payment

Advance full payment in EUR is required. Without advance payment participation in the conference will be denied.

Payment can only be made by bank transfer. Payments by cheque or “bon de commande” are not accepted. Cash or credit card payments at the conference are not allowed.

All transaction costs are to be borne by the payer.

VAT information

d-teach online school ivzw is not subject to VAT and is therefore not VAT registered.

Cancellation and refund policy

If you need to cancel your registration, this can be done by sending an email to NLC2026@d-teach.com

  • Cancellations made no later than 28 February 2026 will be eligible for a 75% refund.
  • Cancellations made no later than 31 March 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made after 31 March 2026 will be non-refundable.
